The Ride A Fish wiki players actually need
Ride a fish through the ocean, collect underwater eggs, and hatch rarer, faster fish. Rain can trigger mutations that make your rides even faster.

How Fish Get Faster
The official speed levers, one recorded feeding change, and why the roster still has no tested speed ranking.
Rarity is the official speed lever
The game's own description ties the two together: hatch rarer fish to get faster ones.
Feeding changed speed on recorded fish
Recorded runs show feeding producing a speed change on specific fish — re-check the card after feeding.
Rain can mutate a fish to be faster
The official description says rain can strike your fish and mutate them to become faster.
No tested ranking exists yet
The roster is unranked: no reviewed source compares species speed head-to-head.
Riding Controls at a Glance
Mounting, the mounted-state check and the dismount control — the riding questions every new player hits in minute one.
There is no separate Ride button
Riding is how you swim and dive: select a fish from your hotbar and your avatar mounts it.
Check the mounted state
You are riding when your avatar sits on the fish and the red Dismount control is visible.
Dismount is its own control
Use Dismount to get off — it is distinct from Unequip and Feed.
Switch rides through the aquarium
Unequip in your aquarium, move the fish to your hotbar, then select it to change mounts.
Don't Lose a Carried Egg
A carried egg runs on an Egg Will Break countdown — what it is, what expires, and the fastest way home.
From the moment you pick an egg up, an Egg Will Break countdown runs — skip extra searching and carry it straight to your own aquarium's Egg Box.
- The warning shows while the egg is carried; when the countdown expires, the egg is lost
- Place it with E + Tempatkan Telur (Place Egg) at your own nest — not DROP EGG
- It is a separate timer from the Egg Box growth countdown after placement
Where Coins Come From
Aquarium fish display coin-per-second income — what the labels show, where coins are spent, and what stays undocumented.
Coins come from your aquarium: hatched fish placed there display coin-per-second income on their cards and add up while they sit in their tanks.
- Fish cards in the aquarium state their money contribution
- Coins are spent in the Equipment Shop and the Food Shop
- Only the on-card income labels are documented — no payout schedule beyond them is established
